The ATF Process System

The ATF system from Refine Technology represents the first true innovation in continuous cell culture and separation systems.  The ATF unit attaches to the bioreactor and continually produces cell free, 0.22um filtered  supernatent during the extended cell culture perfusion run. 

Protein production is enhanced due the systems ability to run at very high cell densities (>20 million/ml) and viability (>90%).  Scale-up is reliable and straight forward due to the linear nature of hollow-fiber cartridge technology.
