Terracon Corporation combines a wide range of standard thermoplastic tanks with our unique blend of manufacturing, fabrication, and rotational molding ("rotomolding") expertise. Terracon Corporation is proud to introduce the TerraPharma™ family of process vessels. Developed specifically for the biopharmaceutical industry, TerraPharma™ non-metallic cone-bottom process vessels are the tanks of choice where aseptic fluid handling is require

Terracon manufactures these vessels from FDA compliant polypropylene resin. They meet USP Class VI standards, and are autoclavable. Fittings, ports, and accessories are available in the styles, sizes, and locations that best fit your individual system requirements. Reliable lead-times will meet your construction, upgrade, or preventive maintenance schedules.

terrapureTerraPure®

Designed for the purest process waters or chemistries, the one-piece capsule shape design provides for complete drainage. A Viton®-gasketed 6" screw lid maintains nitrogen blanket pressure. Unique, "no profile" fittings assure no internal tank protrusions to collect particles, and no crevices, welds or seams to support microbial growth. One-piece rotationally molded construction yields a rugged, seamless, corrosion free container suitable for an almost unlimited number of solution, storage and dispensing applications.

terraportTerraPort®

Terracon offers a perfect solution to the fragile sanitary fittings currently used on non-metallic vessels. TerraPort™ is a low profile (1”) welded port that protrudes outward from the tank wall, no further than the existing top lip of the tank. This clever and robust design makes it nearly impossible to break off.
