Quality & Operations Manager
The Quality and Operations Manager has overall responsibility for quality assurance, operations, and warehousing at PAW manufacturing location in Eatontown. The canidate will be responsible to maintain and improve the existing system to assure that all products provided by vendors and supplied to production meet or exceed specifications to achieve superior quality. Daily schedule of production duties, documentation and quality oversite on finished goods is required.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Management of a production staff and small cleanroom facility engaged in the fabrication of disposable devices used in the biotech/biopharm manufacturing industry.

Development and implementation of effective quality program(s), including creation and maintenance of quality documentation, device history records, inspection reports, incoming QA and outgoing QC documentation and related material.

Maintain a current and thorough working knowledge of quality systems and state-of-the-art quality techniques.

Insure that adequate quality resources are applied to ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.

Interfacing at all levels with customer, supplier and regulatory agencies as necessary.

Develop and suggest alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.

Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.

Insures that employees receive and maintain proper training. Responsible for employees’ professional development, motivation and the creation of a team environment.

Reviews and maintain appropriate staffing levels for the applicable group.
Production Craftsmen - Level I
PAW has openings for day-shift entry level fabrication and assembly workers in our Eatontown, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 months experience having worked in a medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing company. A high school education or GED is required. A basic understanding of cGMP's is required. Basic duties will consist of light assembly work using a variety of common tools and heat sealing equipment.
